🐾 Important Grooming Policy Update – Twist & Snout Grooming Studio 🐾

To ensure every pet receives the exact haircut their owner wants, we now require specific haircut instructions at drop-off.

If someone other than the owner is dropping off your pet, please make sure they clearly know and communicate the haircut instructions.

If incorrect instructions are given at drop-off and the groomer completes the haircut based on those instructions, we will not be able to redo the haircut.

This policy helps respect our groomers’ time and ensures we stay on schedule for all pets. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide the best service possible! 💗🐶
