In Mexico there is a beautiful tradition, that we have adopted globally. It is said that on October 27th, the furry ones that crossed the rainbow bridge return that night to our home!

It has come to our attention that not everyone understands what back-ordered means when it comes to ordering an urn that's on back-order. Back Order means that our distributer does not currently have an item in-stock and is still waiting for the urn to arrive at their facility. We cannot guarantee an exact date when it will arrive. When it arrives at the distributors facility it will be engraved (if engraving ordered) and shipped to Rolling Meadows as soon as possible. If an urn is in-stock at distributors, we normally receive the urn within 2 weeks time or less. I hope this clears things up. Thank you. Kathy Knighten
