Loved this flash lesson about stage fright from TED.
Only one remark: when you DO practice being in the spotlight often, which is a great idea, practice with awareness! Repeating something ineffective a thousand times with no changes does more harm than good: it strengthens ineffective neural pathways that will then be harder to rewire.

Always a pleasure to work with Cal Performances and their Artistic Literacy program.
