Pachamama Farm & Wellness

Pachamama Farm & Wellness Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our community by producing pure food, offering educational programs, and providing healing services in Nature.

Our vision is to:

Inspire all people to align with the natural rhythms of the earth. Deepen people’s ecological consciousness and self-awareness. Promote a reverence for the sacred act of farming and the art of healing. Provide a model for living balanced and sustainable lifestyles in harmony with Nature. Our goals are to:

Help create a sustainable food system in our region and around the world.

Develop and promote an earth-centric community. Serve as an agricultural educational resource and healing arts center. Our values include:

Ethical: We consider the natural environment to be sacred, and we relate to it with ecological integrity. Respectful: We offer amiable living and working conditions, and encourage the input of employees, volunteers, customers, clients, and program participants in achieving the mission, vision, and goals of the farm. Regional Self-Sufficiency: We participate in the development and preservation of locally available resources, such as open pollinated seeds, which increase genetic diversity and food sovereignty in our region. Educational: We aim to advance current knowledge of sustainable agriculture and nature-based health and wellness philosophies, and to teach it to others. Site Disclaimer:

We have chosen not to be a “certified” organic farm because we believe that our community trusts us enough to know that the ecological integrity of our production methods is superior to any of those proposed by the USDA’s “organic certification” program. We also feel that the time and money needed to certify our farm is better invested into the farm itself. The farm is in many ways a wildlife sanctuary and is subsequently treated as such.

Blessed Winter Solstice!

Today marks the beginning of winter!

Since the Summer Solstice, we have been slowly moving into increasing darkness. We have now reached the culmination- the longest night of the year. All is quiet and still on the farm. This is a beautiful time to go inwards, to engage in deep reflection, to release. We set intentions as we begin the process of moving back into increasing light- a new beginning.

Wishing you all clarity, love, and blessings.

A perfect day for soup! Boulder Farmers Market posted this delicious soup with carrots from Pachamama and other local veggies. Hope you stay warm and nourished on this snowy day.

It’s a perfect night for soup: Carrot, spinach, tomato and red lentil soup to be precise. We used Black Cat spinach and onions, Pachamama Farm & Wellness carrots, tomatoes from Rocky Mountain Fresh, parsley from Toohey, garlic from WeeBee, and pickled some jalapeños from Miller Farms - what a delight!
