Kate teaches group lessons to beginners on Saturdays, focusing on the foundation that is so important to our Riding School while also fostering a love of being a student of the sport.

Kate Flemming brings to us a wealth of experience from the AQHA, APHA, and 4H worlds. She has degrees in Equine Science and Business and specializes in bringing along our intermediate riders during the week. Her passion is developing riders to achieve confidence, harmony, and balance with their horse. Kate is an excellent addition to our coaching staff at TCR and brings clear communication and smile to our program.

At TCR, our lesson horses are the heart and soul of everything we do. Each one has their own story — from seasoned show veterans to steady schoolmasters who’ve carried countless riders on their first canter. They’ve taught us patience, resilience, and the true meaning of partnership.

We believe horsemanship comes first, always. Before the ribbons, before the perfect round, it’s about understanding, respecting, and caring for the horses that give us their all. From the smallest pony to the bravest jumper, they each leave a lasting mark on every rider they teach.

LAUREN WRIGHT

Lauren’s journey with horses began at the age of 7 on the east coast. However, at 18, she temporarily set aside her passion to focus on education, career, and starting a family. Following a hiatus spanning two decades, Lauren reignited her passion for the equestrian world, introducing her daughter to its wonders as well. Both now actively engage in the riding program offered at Triple Creek Ranch.

Driven by her longing to integrate horses into her daily life, Lauren transitioned into an administrative role at TCR. Leveraging her understanding of horses, her nurturing approach with children, and her impeccable organizational skills.

We love Lauren for her friendly attitude and her caring approach to everything at our beloved Triple Creek Ranch. Thank you Lauren!!!

To my clients, friends, family and supporters—your trust, loyalty, and encouragement have meant the world to me. Next on “Meet the Staff” we introduce to you our head trainer Becca Caulfield! Read a little about her here and don’t miss out on her instagram pages and our team page !

Rebecca Caulfield is a lifelong, passionate horsewoman, trainer and coach. She has been riding and competing for over 25 years and successfully eventing for well over a decade. Rebecca takes pride in supporting riders to reach both their competitive goals and find the fun, joy and love with their horses. Rebecca has experience through the FEI and upper levels of eventing and 3rd level dressage.

Rebecca is the Head Trainer at Triple Creek Ranch. A lifelong believer in education, Rebecca has degrees in Equine Science, Business, Psychology and Counseling. Rebecca is certified by many nationally recognized programs including CHA, CSU Riding Instructor Training and the USEA Eventing Coaches Program (pending).

Rebecca competes actively alongside her students, pursuing a lifelong journey of improving her riding and management of competitive horses. She is dedicated to continuing education and regularly clinicing and lessoning with respected riders of numerous disciplines. She is also very dedicated to supporting the sport of eventing, she volunteers on the Area IX Council and is the Adult Rider Coordinator for the Area.

Outside of horses Becca enjoys spending time with her herding dogs, enjoying a cocktail, live music, reading, gardening, and enjoying time with friends- but most often you will see her at the barn.

First up on Meet the Staff is our fearless leader Lynn McChesney, owner and operator of Triple Creek Ranch. Here’s a little about her and why she loves what she does ♥️

Lynn McChesney comes from a family of lifelong, passionate equestrians and established TCR in 1991. Lynn has a lifetime of experience with incredible mentors, and has created an incredible equestrian community for youths and adults. Lynn has three sons and two grandsons and her youngest son, Zack McChesney, is her right hand at TCR. Lynn’s greatest joy is sharing her love of horses and her incredible wealth of experience with anybody who wants to learn.

ISO Companion Home for Retired Gelding
Looking for a local home for a retired, healthy, sweet gelding. Unfortunately stifle problems prevent him from regular riding, he has a loving owner who needs a new situation for him.

Sammy is a 10year old tb gelding who had a successful riding/eventing/jumping career.
Would be a perfect companion for an older horse, pasture pet, or….?
Current owner would still like to visit and love on him frequently.

Let me know what options you might have for this absolutely wonderful gelding. You will fall in love with his sweet eyes, silly personality and good looks! Fairly easy keeper, no special management.
