We are celebrating Gabby’s graduation! This sweet pup has been an excellent student, and her obedience journey went very smoothly. Gabby still has a few small behaviors we are working on so that she can live free from fear and won’t feel the need to react defensively as her way of protection. Our little girl is afraid of the dark and shadows, but with continued training, focus on gradual desensitization and counter conditioning we are confident we’ll be able to clear this out so she can finally enjoy life to the fullest.

Kamp K-9 is helping sweet Coco find her forever home! 🐾
Coco is a 9-month-old German Shepherd mix energetic, playful, and full of love to give. She has been fully trained here at Kamp K-9, and her new family will receive all training videos to see what’s been done and to better understand how to continue working with her.
Coco thrives in social settings, she plays daily in large groups with dogs of all sizes and breeds. She’s eager to bond, eager to please, and ready for a family who will open their hearts to her.

Today we celebrated another amazing graduation , this time for twins Lincoln and Carter, 10 month old English Springer Spaniels. These two adorable boys were quite a challenge for their owners, as daily squabbles and stubborn behaviors had become routine. Through our 1-on-1 program, the family learned how to guide their pups, build structure, and strengthen their relationship.
English Springer Spaniels are a high-energy working breed, originally developed as hunting dogs. They are intelligent, eager to please, and full of enthusiasm, but without consistent guidance, that drive can turn into stubbornness, reactivity, or competition between siblings. That’s why it’s so important to act early, before undesired behaviors become ingrained habits.
We’re proud of Lincoln and Carter’s progress and even prouder of their owners for putting in the work to understand and support their pups.

🎓🐾 Big congratulations to Roxy on her graduation! 🐾🎓
Her whole family came to Kamp K-9 to celebrate this special milestone. When they first brought Roxy to us, they wanted help bringing out her true nature that was hidden behind a few challenges:
✨ Struggled with impulse control
✨ Leash reactivity
✨ Guarding tendencies
Even after completing training elsewhere, these behaviors were still a hurdle. At Kamp K-9, we worked together to clear things up—and wow, what a transformation! 💪
✅ Complete 180 in behavior
✅ Introduced the e-collar with great success
✅ Impulse control improved tremendously
✅ Walking on leash safely & confidently
We are so proud of Roxana and Chris for their dedication, consistency, and love throughout this journey. 🐶💚
We will truly miss Roxy and her playful nature in daycare. Her friends are already asking for her! ☺️🐾
