JUDGING CRITERIA: The dogs will be evaluated on personality, charm, face, figure, and first impression. This is a contest where gender is no limitation and good looks is no advantage. Costumes are not encouraged. We know that most dogs are so adorable that they shouldn't be covered up!

ONE MONTH AWAY: Bulldog Beauty Contest & Haute Dogs Contests are Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026, 9 a.m - noon, 21st annual, concrete boat launch ramp at 1 Granada Ave., at Rosie's Dog Beach, long Long Beach, Calif. Justin Rudd and his nonprofit Community Action Team (CAT) host this event billed as one of the largest annual gatherings of English bulldogs in the world. Some of the other contests that day for all breeds/mixes include National Mutt Show, Best in Show, best large dog, and best small dog.
