🦨 Fun Fact:
Did you know dogs may be more likely to have an unfortunate run-in with a skunk this time of year? Young skunks are leaving their dens and finding territories of their own this time of year, especially after dark.

And unfortunately, dogs are notoriously bad at respecting a skunk’s warning signs and tend to investigate anyway, making for a very stinky housemate.

Has your fur-baby fluffed around with the neighborhood skunk and found out? Don’t panic! Send me a message instead, I offer de-skunk baths to help get your couch buddy smelling less like a bad night out and more like your best friend again!

🐾Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Hello my lovely clients! Due to an increase in late cancellations and no-shows recently, I wanted to make this post to clarify my policy as a friendly reminder. 💜

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed, I always do my very best to be accommodating and understanding. However, because I operate by appointment and reserve a specific amount of time for each pet, I will now have to enforce this policy. Late cancellations and no-shows leave openings that are often impossible to fill.

Effective immediately:
🐾48+ hours’ notice: No fee applies.
🐾Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled services will be charged.

‼️Exceptions will be made for genuine emergencies, always.‼️
Cancellation fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

I value each and every one of my clients and appreciate your understanding. As a small business, my appointment times are my income and livelihood, and adequate notice gives me the opportunity to offer that time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time and schedule. 💜
