-We are open tuesday thru Saturday for grooming and
daycare. We stay booked 2-3 days in advance, and often Saturdays book up the beginning of the week to weeks in advance for haircuts. We have cancel lists for most days, so please call and see if we have a spot available!

Form of payments accepted: Cash, Debit or Credit Card, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash app. Please note that prices vary by the size, breed, coat condition,requested hairstyle, and behavior of your pet. Phone quotes are based on a pet that is used to the grooming process and has been groomed on a regular basis, mat free and flea fee. Fees are subject to change during check in evaluation, or grooming process if there is undercoat, behavioral problems that cause the typical time to extend beyond a reasonable time frame. Matted Pets: Pets are evaluated at check in for coat condition and temperament..If the pet's mats don’t brush or comb out w/ease, it will be shaved. There are additional fees for mat removal. If you can’t comb it out at home, I can’t groom it at the salon in a longer style. Do the comb test at home.The client shall understand that there is more risk of injury to shaving down a pet that has mats close to the skin, and that there could be trauma caused by the matting including hot spots, sore spots, and swollen ears due to the pulling of the skin by the mats. Fleas: We are a flea free shop. If any flea is present on your pet, It will require a flea bath. This ensures other pets do not get fleas and it keeps the salon clean. The cost will vary depending on the severity of fleas. Please talk to your vet regarding a monthly program.Groomers are not flea control, but need to control exposure to other pets. We recommend oatmeal or medicated after the flea dip. No shows are detrimental to the financial viability of a small business. No shows and late cancelations will be charged an extra $25-$50 per pet. 24hrnotice required for change of schedule date to avoid fees. Town and Country Pet Salon values safety and comfort above all else. We do not risk injury to the pet or to the staff, or other pets to complete a groom. We do not groom aggressive dogs, and if your dog cannot be safely handled during grooming; we reserve the right to send your dog home.
