GUNNER!❤
Gunner truly is my superstar. Gunner is another of my rescue students that definitly had a tramatic past. Gunner was extremely dog reactive and had zero focus when he came to me. He wanted to pull his way around and was easily distracted by everything around him. What you see in this video was not even considered a year ago.

Meet Stella 🐾
Stella was rescued from the streets of Covington. We don't know all the things she experienced but they were traumatic. She was extremely anxious and lacked confidence. She would dart away at the slightest unexpected movement. This sweet girl has really captured my heart.
After 6 weeks of training, Stella is finding her confidence and is trusting her humans more. Stella is a lucky girl, having found her furever family that loves her and is oh so patient and loving with her.
Stella is now starting her 2nd 6 week training package and will learn (along with her family) essential leash skills, solid stays, and recalls to heel.

Basic Obedience training is essential in establishing a strong foundation for a well-behaved and happy companion.
1. Essential Commands include:
Sit:
This is often the first command taught, helping with polite greetings and situations where you need your dog to be still.
Stay:
This command helps keep your dog in place, promoting control in various situations.
Come:
A reliable recall command is crucial for your dog's safety, especially when off-leash.
Down:

Sweet Gema is a 3 1/2 month old Golden Retriever and she can just melt your heart in an instant.
Gema has just started Puppy Training and is already showing her parents just how smart she is!
In just one week Gema has learned Targeting and Walk Stop Sit (auto sit when you stop walking).
Mom and Dad are playing Crate Games with her to help her realize that her crate is a safe and secure space and Mom and Dad are learning that the crate is an essential tool in training and reducing the opportunities for destructive puppy behaviors.
🐾Bonus - Gema has an 8 month old human brother, which makes training even more important.

The perfect puppy...🐶
It's the vision that we as puppy parents all dreamt about. A puppy that’s leisurely strolling beside you or laying calmly at your feet at an outdoor cafe. But there are certain steps to do to make sure your pup is on the right track with their training in order to get there! 🐾🐾
In the beginning, that perfect pup will come with some growing pains: nipping, chewing, potty accidents, barking, and that’s only the beginning! Your puppy is growing and developing quickly. Once they’ve been home for a couple of weeks, your puppy should start to become familiar with a daily routine and be working on some obedience training, which includes learning basic commands.
No matter what age you bring home your new pup, I can help you help your puppy grow, develop, and learn the good manners they need at home and in the world to help shape them into becoming that perfect pup you envisioned.
Puppies are brand new to the world and soaking up life lessons daily. It's up to us to help them learn the essentials.
