Bronze is a huge chew toy pup! And these fillable rubber chew toys have withstood constant biting, gnawing, and slobbering for years now!

When we leave anywhere for longer than a day, we like to fill these up with peanut butter and freeze them, giving them a yummy, long-lasting treat, to help pass the time. What tricks and tips have you guys learned with your furry best friends? Comment them down below so we can learn too 🫶

IT'S PUPPY MONTH!! 🐶🐾 Here in a few short weeks, our house is going to be filled with lots of little paws!

"Hey, hey there! Gots a question. Why Conscientious Breeding? Huh?"

Well..... Let me tell you, cute puppy. 😉

We want families to feel confident in the pup they choose, and we can help that happen by having our Dams and Sires DNA tested, while also doing all we can to make sure they are happy and healthy.

The goal of our conscious breeding is to ensure that our dogs' lines are healthy and clear of any of the most typical (and even not-so-typical) diseases and problems. We also hope to reduce the amount of pups that are placed into shelters, animal rescue facilities, and humane societies.

For that reason we include a "Return of Puppy" clause in our contract, stating that we will take the puppy back and find a new home for him/her rather than allow the pup to end up in a shelter.

We love our pups and want the best of lives for them. We're here for them and our pup's families for the long haul 🫶

How do your pups do with loud sounds?

You can do some desensitization and counterconditioning with your pup when they're young, or if they're still struggling with some loud noises, to help them adjust to their environments better.

What does this mean?

Expose them to as MANY sounds as you can when young! Start of at a low volume and reward them when they have a good/neutral reaction towards the sound. Continue increasing the volume to the actual volume they will hear it at in their environment until they're comfortable!

What can I do this for?

Anything! For sounds, that might look like: vacuums, plastic bags, fireworks, metal clanking, lawn mowers, children screaming, you name it!

Can I do it for more than just sounds?

Yep, of course! This type of training method can be used when introducing your pup to anything! Cars, water, crate-training, etc.

Now onto dad! Meet Bronze! 🐾

Bronze is a purebred, AKC Golden Retriever (color: Red). He joined our family in the summer of 2022, and a year later, he is one big boy (currently 85 lbs!)

Bronze loves:
• chewing on sheds 😋
• going on walks 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
• chest rubs 🐶
• playing fetch 🐾
• cuddling 🤗

Our Bronzey-boy is one big teddy bear! 🧸 He loves people and does great around everybody, adults and children alike. He has learned his commands very quickly and does a fantastic job on both walks and hikes! He's been the perfect addition to our little pack. 🧡

Next, meet our Sunny! ☀️

Sunny is a purebred, AKC Golden Retreiver (color: mix of English Cream and American Golden, leans more English Cream). She is from Myla's second litter with Maverick the Sundance Kid. She joined the family in the summer of 2021. 🌻

Sunny loves:
• toys to chew 🧸
• playing with doggy pals 🐶
• going on our runs and bike rides 🏃🏼‍♀️🚴‍♂️
• playing in the rivers 💦
• belly rubs 🤗

Sunny is our athletic girl who loves running, playing fetch, going snowshoeing, you name it! You can often find Sunny laying down at someone's feet or being snuggled by the kids. She loves people and is a fantastic family dog!

Let's introduce the mommas again! Meet Myla, the first of our pups! 🐶🩷

Myla joined our family in the spring of 2017. She is an AKC purebred Golden Retriever (color: American Golden). She's OFA certified, as are both her parents.
Myla loves:

• head scratches 🐶
• playing in water 💦
• playing fetch 🐾
• eating treats 🫐
• being full-on bear hugged 🤗
• laying on cold tile

Myla has had 4 litters, from one of which we got our Sunny! This will be Myla's LAST LITTER 🥹

Myla loves people and has been so great with our kiddos! She's the perfect dog for adventures, cuddling, and anything in between! 🩷
