The ultimate SPLASH of PUPPY joy!

THANK YOU Pet Supplies Plus LODI for having us be part of SUMMER SPLASH and our volunteers for your continued dedication to the animals. The critters always enjoy their outings and meeting new potential adopters! Sweetie the Mastiff caught a few waves with volunteer Joan and Liberty the Husky enjoyed playing with the cats. A truly amazing day it was! Did we mention Luigi was ADOPTED!? Thank you for choosing a shelter pet. Little paws, big adventures!

🐾We are teaming up with Pet Supplies Plus for their SUMMER SPLASH event! Games, Prizes, Doggy Pools and MORE! Come see us and our critter friends that will be available for adoption. Through the month of August, adoption fees have been waived. ALL animals come fully vetted with a microchip.

After months of running loose in a residential area, Lodi Animal Services Officers were able to capture the Queensland Heeler, now named Bluey! While roaming the neighborhoods, fellow citizens noted that Bluey was always friendly toward other dogs and would even follow them to their residence. He is currently on a stray wait at the shelter and we hope to find him a home soon! Thank you to our community for being patient while we got him into our care. If interested in Bluey after his stray wait, please reach out to the animal shelter after August 28th!

It’s recess time at Lodi Animal Services!

We have a lot of super playful and social canines right now at the shelter. CLEAR THE SHELTERS is happening the whole month of August and adoption fees continue to be waived! Our furry friends come fully vetted, fixed and microchipped. If you’re interested in adopting and have another dog, bring them by for a meet n greet! Making memories one PAW at a time!

We’d like to THANK all involved in making our OPEN HOUSE another successful event! (Staff, Volunteers, Lodi Animal Services Foundation, Vendors, and the Community) Several dogs and cats found their furever families today and other furry friends were microchipped! PAWS, CLAWS and HAPPY HEARTS!

🅿️ Event Parking Update – Lodi Animal Services Open House
To ensure a safe and welcoming space for our vendors, guests, and all the adorable animals looking for new homes, the parking lot at Lodi Animal Shelter will be closed during the event.
Alternative Parking:
• 🚗 Kofu Park – Please park here and enter through the back gate near City Utility.
• 🛺 Golf cart transportation will be available for those who need assistance getting to the shelter.
Important Reminder:
• 🚫 Please do not park along Kettleman Lane. This area must remain clear for safety and traffic flow.
We understand this setup isn’t ideal, but we truly appreciate your patience and support as we work to create the best experience for everyone—especially our furry friends! 🐾
