Had a blast yesterday playing polo on the full field! I could really open up and gallop, although sometimes my lead foot puts me too far ahead of the ball😂 thanks to Aiken Youth Polo Matt Sekera for the opportunity and great coaching!

Wow, what a wonderful weekend! Beautiful weather and great sport! Hunted on Saturday with Mecklenburg Hounds Inc for the closing hunt of the year, thanks to everyone for such a great season❤️ Sunday played polo with Camden Polo Club and Charlotte Polo Club. So much fun and such great people! If anyone is interested in learning more about polo or coming to watch, I will be posting more info soon!

What a great race today at Aiken Training Track! I could not be prouder of Katie Misenhiemer for piloting Finn to both of their first side saddle race today! DW was second with Finn and Katie right on our heels at third. Thank you so much to the Aiken Training Track and officials for hosting this special event as well as Aiken Ladies Aside and Camp Leaping Horn Clh for their sponsorship!

Such a beautiful day out with Mecklenburg Hounds Inc yesterday! Took Manny out for his first hunt ever and he was great! Even if it was a small group, it was great to see the hounds working well and everyone helping out❤️

Had a really beautiful day out with Mecklenburg Hounds Inc ❤️ It was especially wonderful to bring Finn out again and to have Madelyn ride him on her first hunt. He was so happy to be out in the field again! I saddled up Shelby Austin’s The Good Egg or Eggo for his first ever hunt. This just only 4yo just continues to easily handle whatever is asked of him and is a joy to work with, he will be a great fox hunter!

I was excited to inspect and watch the first Modified course at Full Gallop Farm! It was designed by William Robertson and built by Dan Brown with lots of nice new jumps. The bank combo looks especially fun!

This is definitely an unusual situation that I have never had to deal with at a show🥶😱 We have unfortunately had to take off the lower water from the cross country course Full Gallop Farm because it was completely frozen over with no way to remove the ice for horses to pass through safely. Anybody got an ice skates?😂

A rare snow dust here at the farm, a nice relief from the ice a week ago. Everyone is drinking lots of water, has big piles of nice hay and are toasty under their blankets!

Had another great day of coyote racing with Mecklenburg Hounds Inc Grey decided to celebrate with his best buddy Beau and have a splashing contest in the pond. Several staff and field views followed by a race to exit out over the creek. Very proud of Grey for gaining ground on the coyote at a dead gallop before his exit!❤️
