We’re excited to announce important updates at Woodland Animal Hospital, designed to enhance the care and convenience we offer for you and your beloved pets. We have moved to focus exclusively on wellness and urgent care services with updated hours to better serve you. Our new hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8 am to midnight, final patient intake one hour before close. Saturday – Sunday: 10 am to mid

night, final patient intake one hour before close. What This Means for You:
• Enhanced Care: By shifting our focus to wellness and urgent care, we are committed to providing consistent, high-quality treatment.
• Personalized Attention: With this change, our team will have more dedicated time to build lasting relationships with you and your pets, ensuring every visit receives the personal care and attention it deserves.
• New Weekend Availability: We are pleased to offer Saturday wellness and non-urgent sick appointments for the first time, providing greater flexibility and convenience for clients with busy weekday schedules.

• Transparent Pricing: We believe in clear communication about our appointments and service fees. In line with this, we’re introducing a $49 appointment fee for routine visits and a $125 fee for emergency, urgent care, and walk-ins, providing the best possible care at affordable prices.*

The Grove Animal Hospital will be closed on July 4th so our team can enjoy the holiday. We’ll be back and ready to care for your pets on July 5th at 10:00 AM.

While you’re celebrating, don’t forget to keep your furry friends safe! 🐾 Here are some 4th of July pet safety tips:

🌟 Fireworks + Loud Noises:
• Keep pets inside in a quiet, secure room — loud booms can cause panic and pets may try to run away.
• Consider playing soft music or turning on the TV to help mask firework sounds.

🌭 BBQ + Party Foods:
• No scraps! Foods like onions, chocolate, grapes, and bones can be dangerous for pets.
• Keep alcoholic drinks well out of reach.

🚪 Escape-Proof Your Home:
• Make sure gates, doors, and fences are secure — frightened pets can bolt unexpectedly.
• Ensure your pet is wearing an up-to-date ID tag or is microchipped.

💥 Fireworks + Sparklers:
• Never let pets near fireworks, sparklers, or glow sticks — they can cause burns or toxic reactions if chewed on.
