My first attempt at making Brioche Cinnamon Rolls 😍 these beauties were a labor of love, taking 3-proofs, including a 12-hr fridge proof, and a longer baking time than usual - they definitely weren’t for the impatient. The result!? Literal perfection! They are soft, pillowy, sweet but not too sweet, just chef’s kiss! 😘 they’re also massive, which if you love cinnamon rolls is just another win! 🥰 topped with a fluffy cream cheese frosting & filled with ribbons of cinnamon and brown sugar 😍

Sometimes I’m not sure what to do with the cake scraps, but today I felt inspired! My family for quite the treat with these strawberry cake sandwiches with homemade vanilla buttercream & fresh strawberries 🍓 they were a total hit, and I know exactly what I’ll be doing with my “scraps” from on! 😍
