One of our favorite times of the year! This is our girl Zelda dressed up for Halloween. We miss her so much. In Zelda's honor we are going to do a Halloween contest for best pet costume. The winner will get a $50 gift card and $50 donated to Haven of Love Rescue in their pet's name. The contest will run from now until Oct 31st. Put as many pics in as you wish. We love to see our fur babies!! Good Luck!!

Our Story

Pet Passages of Livonia, a franchise of Pet Passages National, was born as a result of a desire by its owners, Bob and Wendy Sutton, to be the ones to provide dignified and transparent pet cremation services to others. We currently have four dogs in our family, all of which are rescues. We lost a member of our family when Lady Lulu, a bichon/dachshund mix, passed away at the age of 12. She was our first dog and the first one we lost. Like so many others, we were devastated and in the sadness of our loss, we turned to pet cremation services. After searching and contacting facilities, we traveled more than 40 miles to a facility that provided the level of care that we desired. It was that time that we realized our calling.

Pet Passages is North America’s largest provider of pet funeral and pet cremation services and is recognized as a national leader in pet loss. Their proprietary services include Secure Passages pet tracking tools, and Pet Tales, the only online obituary system where you can honor and memorialize your pet. We offer true private cremation and customized memorial services for grieving families. Along with same day pick up from homes or veterinary offices, shelters, etc.

Unfortunately, there is a significant lack of Federal and State regulations in place to guide and oversee the operations of pet funeral and cremation providers. With this lack of oversight, unethical practices can and do occur. Service levels, operational practices and standards vary greatly from pet cremation provider to pet cremation provider with no assurance in quality. Not only is this extremely concerning but it is very challenging for pet parents to find reputable pet cremation providers that will care for their deceased pet with the respect and dignity their companion deserves.
