To ensure the safety, effectiveness, and quality of medications dispensed to our clients, all sales of medications, prescription products, vaccines, preventatives, and other pharmaceutical items are final.

Once a medication has left our facility, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of all animals and to maintain proper pharmaceutical handling and storage standards.

Please verify that all products are correct before completing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding a medication, dosage, administration, or product selection, please speak with a member of our team before purchasing.

Every day, our staff and volunteers work hard to help pets and the people who love them. From welcoming clients and answering phones to assisting at clinics, stocking our Pantry 4 Paws shelves, caring for animals, and supporting our community programs, each team member plays an important role in our mission.

Their compassion, dedication, and love for animals are what make Tail Waggers such a special place. Whether they're helping a nervous pet feel comfortable, assisting a family in need, or lending a hand at one of our community events, they are truly the heart of our organization.

Michelle is the Founder of PAAW and Avocato CatfΓ© and Adoption Center! She and Laura Kuchinski have been friends and rescue sisters for over 25 years.

Michelle is our biggest cheerleader and very instrumental for our upcoming Cat/Kitten Spay & Neuter clinic at Tail Waggers!

So proud and honored to have her on our team! We wish her all the best on her retirement and look forward to our joint endeavours!!

Our $165 Wellness Package is DISCOUNTED to $95.00 and includes Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Lepto PLUS a Heartworm test to help you stay proactive and keep your dog up-to-date on their his/her vaccines!
