Are you having trouble accessing your existing Zoom Room account or can't seem to get a new one created?
Our booking platform recently released a security update to make your browsing experience safer (yay!) which has resulted in some clients not being able to get into their accounts (boo!). If this is happening to you, please try the following steps to get back in:
🐾 Log in and log out (we know, we know). But seriously, this may help your account be upgraded to the system if it didn't happen automatically.
🐾 Reset your password OR login with your Mindbody password, depending on the prompt. There may be a few extra requests after this you can follow.
Still not in? Give us a 📱call, ✉️ email or 👐 stop by! We've got some tricks up our sleeves to help reset your password and get you logged in.
