On today's episode of "Find a Friend Friday", meet the GORGEOUS Iggy. This sweet 7 year old, GSD mix, is a dream. She has quite the fan following at the shelter! Here's what those that know her best had to say:
🐾 "Iggy is the best girl! Walks great on a leash, no pulling. Loves to play ball and gives it up so easily to be thrown again."
🐾 "Iggy is an easy going girl who enjoys the simple things like walks, playing ball, soaking up the sun, and getting brushed. She is going to make an amazing companion for a very lucky adopter!"
🐾 "So so smart! Iggy knows, sit, down, shake, and her name! We are working on some mat training and wait too but she is amazing!!"

Did you know that the official Outlets at Castle Rock dog ambassador is our very own HSSPV alumni, Phoebe?! Her pawfect face is featured at the entrance of every dog furriendly store! And do you know when the perfect time is to see if for yourself?!... Shop Ex at the Outlets at Castle Rock on September 12th, of course! Although this adorable 50 pound+, standing less than 2 feet tall, gal won't be there to sign autographs, she encourages everyone to purchase a ticket under HSSPV. Not only does your ticket include a catered lunch from In-n-Out Burger (veg option), wine tasting, prize drawing tickets, and discounted shopping, $20 comes back to our shelter! On today's episode of "Find a Friend Friday", meet the T Litter! Out of the 7 who arrived at the shelter, we still have Taci, Tootsie & Trent! These cutie patoodies are the sweetest bunch! Unlike a lot of puppers, they're a pretty chill crew. Here's some info:
🐾 12 weeks old!
🐶 Best guess, Min Pin, cattle dog, hound mix, but who really knows?
🐾 On the smaller side, maybe 30ish when full grown?
👶🏽 Great with kids!

When life gave these young animal lovers lemons, they made the most epic lemonade stand and snack bar! And the best part, they chose to donate their proceeds to our shelter furriends, raising $470 and more than doubling last year's sales! We have officially kicked off our Year of Giving with this incredible community! For the month of August, our friends at The Lazy Greyhound in Downtown Littleton are showing the love with The Hound Dog cocktail. Made with Arette Reposado tequila, Ancho Reyes Verde, passion fruit, coconut, lime, Licor 43, and tiki bitters, this delightful libation is the purrfect treat on a summer night. A portion of proceeds from this cocktail will benefit our shelter furriends, so you can enjoy for a great cause. The Lazy Greyhound mixologists can also prepare a delectable mocktail, so everyone can partake in the evening! Please support those that support us! It takes a Village! 🍹🐶❤️
