Bailey is the life of the party in a pint-sized body. He’s playful, curious, and full of bounce—but also loves a good cuddle session on your lap. 💛

🐶 Initially shy but warms up quick
🦴 Treat-motivated and learning commands
🧸 Obsessed with toys and playtime
🛏 Crate trained at night (7–8 hours!)
🚽 Potty training in progress
🐕 Friendly with bigger dogs
👧 Did well with a respectful 6-year-old!

Bailey is still working on puppy manners—he’s a jumper and a bit mouthy—so a home with kids 5+ and an active routine would be perfect. He’ll thrive in a home ready for puppy fun and consistent training!

Kit is a lovable 8–10-year-old terrier mix, just 10 lbs of cuteness and s***k. She walks like a pro on leash, lives for fetch, and is happiest in a calm, cozy home.

She recently had a stage 2 mammary tumor removed, and her vets are optimistic that she’s got a great shot at spending the rest of her life healthy and happy. All she needs now is a family willing to give her the love she’s always deserved.

Kit isn’t looking for much. Just a soft bed, a steady routine, and someone who will see the beauty in a dog who’s lived a little life and still has so much love to give. She’d do best in a quieter home, where she can be your loyal little shadow and cherished companion.

Meet Kit, a gentle 9–10-year-old terrier who was heartbreakingly abandoned and left at an overcrowded shelter. Her chances were slipping away… until a compassionate foster with Paws on the Ground stepped up to give her a second chance.

Shortly after rescue, Kit was found to have a mammary tumor, which has now been confirmed as cancerous. The cost for her surgery and biopsy is costs $765 and $219 for her appointment with an oncology specialist.

✨ Kit deserves love, dignity, and quality time outside the walls of a shelter and chance for adoption.

This sweet senior still has life to live and tail wags to give—and we can’t do it without your help.

Say hello to Herschel, the irresistibly charming 1-year-old Puggle/Basset mix with short legs, a big heart, and a happy-go-lucky personality! This low-rider is the perfect blend of playful energy and couch-potato cuddles.

Herschel is great with kids and other dogs, making him an ideal companion for a family or anyone looking to add a social pup to their home. He’s house-trained and crate-trained, and when he’s not playing, you’ll likely find him snuggled up close – his favorite pastime.

He’s currently working on some leash manners – he can be a bit barky on walks – but thanks to the progress he’s made with his foster mom and trainer, he’s well on his way. His adopter will receive a training session with his trainer to help continue his great momentum.

Herschel is looking for a forever home that wants a loving, loyal snuggle bug and is committed to continuing his training. With a little guidance and a lot of love, he’ll be the best boy you’ve ever met.

This 7–8-month-old Pyrenees/Collie mix is as sweet as they come! Oliver was found as a stray, rescued by a Good Samaritan, and took a “freedom flight” to Colorado to find his forever family.

He’s friendly with everyone—people, kids, dogs, and even cats! Oliver is playful, smart, walks well on leash, and is doing great with crate and house training. He’ll be a med/big boy, if true to his Pyrenees roots, and would love a home with a yard and maybe a dog buddy too.

Hi. I'm Waffles! My foster mom says I am the sweetest boy. I love playing with the other dogs in the home and I do great with the human child too! I am kennel trained and have not had any accidents at my foster home!
