Just thought I would share a text I got from someone yesterday... People really should think before they FAT SHAME someone... YOU have no idea what they are going thru, been thru or are battling in their lives.. I Know I am over weight!! I don't need anyone to tell me this I Have struggled with my weight for years due to medical conditions and depression.. Does it bother me? Sometime YES.. most of the time I just shrug it off. But this Pi**ed me off... WHO the F**K do you think you are texting me NOT knowing me or anything !! so in FAT SHAMEING People I thought I would make her famous on Facebook..

OK So I am going to SAY this AGAIN... I offer a PPE (Pre Purchase Exam) on EVERY EQUINE sold here... IF YOU choose NOT to do one that is on you!!! I am NOT a VET I sell EQUINE. I disclose what I can see!!! If YOU want a Full Work up get a PPE!!! Buying a horse is NO different then Buying a Used car, 4wheeler, Dirt Bike, OR anything!!! I do the Leg work getting the VIDEOS so you can see the horse before you come to look and ride. I do The Leg work making sure they are what I advertise them to be or was told by the owners (Consignment Horses), I take the risks of climbing on each and every Equine before I list them!! I list them for what is my opinion of their riding abilities. I list them for what I believe in my opinion is the best suited riders. (Beginner, Intermediate, advanced, project. ect.).

EVERYONE has the opportunity to come, ride, examine, get a PPE done, and make an informed decision whether the equine is best suited for what YOU want to do with it..

Just this week I have turned away MANY prospective buyers on horses because they were NOT best suited for their Riding abilities. If you need a Beginner horse I will NOT sell you an intermediate horse!! just because its pretty doesn't make it a good fit.

AS a SELLER I recommend a PPE to all prospective buyers because then it covers YOU and ME!!! it is NOT required but recommended. this allows you to know of any issues before you commit. And Even with a PPE that is not a 100% guarantee of anything. A PPE is a Basic exam to check for lameness at the time of exam. checks for current heart rates, breathing, temps and flexion, hoof exam with hoof testers, vet should check eyes, heart rate, lung sounds, and soundness with a visual.

ALL My equine come with a VERY CLEAR Bill of Sale Out lining the terms and conditions of the sale. Just like a car dealer or RV dealer or anyone that sells large items. I have enclosed a COPY of my Bill of sale For you to read again. it is also PIN posted on this page. It is very CLEAR "AS-IS" NO Garantees! NO Refunds!! there is even a Place for PPE to decline or get one done!! NOTHING is Hidden it is all CLEAR in Black and White..

And now lets Discuss DEPOSITS.. A Deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE !!! that mean you if you put a deposit down YOU do NOT get it back.. It Holds the Equine and I stop showing it to other potential buyers. NON REFUNDABLE means Not getting it back!!!

Now lets talk E- Payments !! E-Payments are a direct deposit into a Bank account. that means there will BE TAX and SRV fees added to any E-Payment from here on out. State Sales tax 8.6% will be added and a 3% SVC Fee NO EXCEPTIONS.. (Venmo- Zelle- Cashapp). I DO NOT EXCEPT CHECKS!!

We offer Delivery for EQUINE sold here.. The RATE is $5.00 a Loaded mile. NO EXCEPTIONS. My outfits don't move for Less.

PORK CHOP" is a Cool gal. Super Sweet and very easy to be around. Loves attention, Good to catch, loads, hauls and ties. Great for the farrier (New front Shoes). She is Safe for most riders. Great on trails and in the arena. Very Responsive to her riders. Easy single rein, back and whoa. Trails out alone or in a group. Has NO issues doing the obstacle Course (Bridge, noodles, logs, water, etc). She will do barrels, poles and other fun events (No seasoned but fun to play with) . Great for 4H, and other fun gaming events. She has been around the cattle on the mountain and in the branding pens. She has no issues with the rope and dragging things. ( she is NOT a Rope horse), she could be a great little head/heel/ Breakaway horse with some box training. With More hauling to events she would make a great JR rodeo horse. No Know soundness issues, no Known health issues, PPE WELCOME at the buyers costs. she is healing from an absess on her left front. No Known Maint needed. She is good to bath, groom, saddle and bridle, She will Stand to the mounting block form mounting and dismounting. gets along in the corral with the other horses. NOT a marish mare. NO buck, NO Rear, NO kick, NO Bite, NO NONSENSE!!! She has been ridden by all ages and riding abilities. She is UTD on shots/ Worming. NO Current coggins at this time.

Pork Chop is said to be 10 yrs old and stands about 14.3HH. She is a GRADE mare (NO Papers).

BlueMoon is a GRADE (NO PAPERS) vanished Blue Roan appy c**t. He is about 14.2HH and just coming 4 yrs old. (Pics of teeth in the pictures. He is Just getting started riding he has had a lots of ground work done and is riding decent . He is just getting started riding so don't ask me if he is kid safe!!! He is Gentle and willing to please. Good to saddle and bridle, Stands good for mounting and dismounting. He is Good to catch, Loads, hauls and Ties great. he is good to bath and trim his feet. (Feet trimmed 4/10/25 after pics were taken). He is still at this time a Stallion and price reflects that. we plan on gelding him soon and then the price will go up!! training and riding will continue till he finds a new home again with MORE training his price will go UP.. this is a Special price if someone want his as a stallion. I have worked on Hobbling and he is doing great. We will pack him this week as well. He is young and willing to learn and please. He is Green to ride right now. NO buck, NO rear, NO nonsence. He is SMART! and will make someone a great all around king of horse. He is clean legged and has good knees and joints. He has BIG solid feet.

He should mature to 14.3-15HH He is Just turning 4 this year!!! so 3 more years to grow..

Ringo is SAFE for the entire family. Kids to grandparents!! he is a True gem!. HE is in your pocket and LOVES attention. loves to be loved on, groomed and given treats. He is Excellent to handle, catch load, haul and tie. He is Excellent to be around. He stands perfect for mounting and dismounting. He is Excellent to saddle and Bridle. He is perfect for the farriers/ vets. He is Perfect for kids to climb all over on. He is the steady eddy. He will ride out alone or with other horses/ mules. He has been used for Trails/ Mountains. He has been great for the kiddos here. He came in thin so he has been on free feed since he got here he is looking MUCH MUCH better. He needs his teeth floated and the price reflects. I am in no hurry to sell him so don't bother with Offers!! these kind of mules are HARD to find. His age is only a number as he has TONS of life left in him as many know mules live longer then horses. so consider him in his Ripe PRIME. how can you put a number on the safety of your kiddos!!! YOU cant.. so please consider that when you are looking.. I will NOT negotiate on his price. He has a current Coggins, just wormed and 5 way spring shots given.
