Welcome to the Team, Laura
Strengthening Our Mission at Pine Hill Ranch as We Enter the New Year
We are honored to welcome Laura to the Pine Hill Ranch and Healing Hooves team. Her addition marks an important step forward in deepening our mission alignment as we move into the new year—bringing together clinical excellence, compassionate care, and the healing power of horses.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, with plans to obtain her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential within the next year to year and a half. As a mandated reporter, she brings a strong ethical foundation and a deeply client-centered approach to her work.
Her professional experience includes extensive work in foster care, juvenile drug court, and other specialized service areas. Through these roles, Laura has partnered closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote safety, accountability, healing, and long-term well-being—values that closely reflect the heart of our work at Pine Hill Ranch.
Looking ahead, Laura aspires to practice as an LCSW who integrates equine-assisted interventions into therapeutic care. Having ridden horses for most of her life, she understands and values the powerful role horses play in emotional regulation, trust-building, and personal insight. Her vision beautifully complements our commitment to healing mind, body, and spirit through human–equine connection.
Outside of her professional role, Laura is a wife of 16 years and a proud mother of three. She is deeply driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families, and she is committed to ensuring that every person she serves knows they matter and belong.
Please join us in warmly welcoming Laura to Pine Hill Ranch. We are grateful for her heart, her expertise, and the alignment she brings as we step into a new year of growth and impact.
