Part of our Liberty team had the privilege of attending a couple of UKC shows in the last few weeks. One of them being Sunday for the Dodge County Canine Club in Hutchinson, MN. We are so thankful for these Clubs, their members and judges who work so hard to run the show and recognized our dogs. The judges took their time to compliment our dogs and tell us what they saw in each dog. I want to thank them for their dedication to help teach!
Now onto the dogs!!
Solomon- although it was his first show weekend out we couldn't be happier for this little guy. He was learning the ropes and the ins and outs of being on the show grounds. He wagged his tail nearly the whole time he was in the ring. We got a few nice compliments from the judges. No competitions wins at this show for Solomon but the biggest win was seeing him start to grow. Liberty's A Time For Everything (Nova x Timber)
Pie- Pie did very well and is really starting to click as a team with Amber. She did get a lot of nice compliments as well as taking her first BF (Best Female) earning her first competition win!! Thankyou to honorable judge Alan Krenek for your compliments and for seeing our lovely Pie. We are so excited for Pies future and are so blessed to have her here. She is quite truly a sweetie pie.
Liberty's Sweetie Pie (Fame x Willie)
Basil- this puppy is with wonderful co-own. Seeing her pick up the task and running with it has been so fun. She also had her first show weekend out and we couldn't be happier for her. She took everything in stride and I believe these 2 are going to be an incredible team!! Under honorable judge Lori Sargent Basil earned her first competition win going BF. Congratulations Paloma and Basil. Keep up the good work!
Liberty's Turning A New Leaf (Nova x Timber)
Cobalt- Cobalt is such a good boy and I couldn't ask for a better dog. He has a working mindset, great personality and I missed having him out. Of course he didn't miss a beat and in both shows he went Best of Breed and on to obtain a group 2 and group 1. I want to thank again honorable judges Lori Sargent and Alan Krenek for recognizing our dogs.
AKC Ch Liberty's Behind Blue Eyes (Maybelline x Piper)
It was a great show, alot of fun, and I am so thankful we had the opportunity to get out and see some of our friends again. The dogs did so well and I could not have been more blessed. A special thanks to both Bonnie Schaeffel and Steven Schaeffel for allowing me to co-own both Pie and Cobalt and for being my mentors. Words cannot express how very thankful I am to have you not only as mentors but as family. Thankyou for sharing such incredible dogs with me both to own and to be a part of.
I also want to thank Paloma Columbos for helping me at the show and for taking a huge leap into learning all things Siberians. I am new at guiding someone thru but it has been so fun to watch you learn things and to be a part of both yours and Basils start. I cannot wait to see you become that incredible team we talk about.
More photos and another show to post soon.
