Text 3202329777 with pre entries. Please include your name, horse(s) names, classes you are entering, and BBR #. BBR memberships will be available at the race!
Stalls, pens and electrical hookup are also available but very limited! Please text to check availability!
Stalls - $25/each. You will need to provide shavings and clean out after use.
Pens (2-4 horses) - $40/each. You will need to stack p**p after use.
Electrical hookup - $30/night
Expos are in 30 min time slots and start at 4pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday. 20 expos will be sold in each time slot. Please make sure to check in with the gate person when you arrive for your slot. Check in will be required within 10 min of your slot starting or you will need to purchase at the gate. (ex. Time slot starts at 4pm, you must check in by 4:10 or your spot and funds for expos will be forfeited and you will need to purchase at gate day of.) If there is time for more they will be sold at the gate. If there is quite a few left after pre entries we will be selling them day of as well and tickets will be handed out. Please make sure you specify what time you would like to do your expos when pre entering!

If you pre enter for the entire weekend the office fee is $10. THIS IS FOR PRE ENTERING ONLY! If you enter on site for both days, office fee is $15.
Please make sure that when you are pre entering, you are also sending your entries via PayPal friends and family to [email protected] or Venmo (-baum-2, last four 9777). If I do not receive payment for entries by the cut off, I will not add you to the draw.
There will be NO refunds unless you need to vet out. Vets note will be required. Selling spots is also allowed!
Pre entries close at 3pm Thursday (5/29) but we will continue taking entries on site until the last runner in each class.
