Sit and wait
On today's unplanned lesson sometimes it's just best to sit and wait for the horse to figure it out for themselves. Their no since creating other problems because they're scared of something just sit and relax and let them figure out the simple things on their own
Royal
First time on this little stud colt doing awesome
Day one training
You don't have to climb the whole mountain at once. All you really have to do is make it to the top of the first little hill and build from there. Remember if you can't catch a horse you can't ride it. If you can't pick his feet up you can't ride him. That is called respect for the horse. First day on a nice little 2 year old CVX Performance Horse filly.

First session with Bliss
New horse in to work with. Just had to let her know it was ok to keep going. I think she's going to be a fun horse to work with.
Collection
Collection is done more with your legs then your hands. Set his head and pole with your hands the drive his body into that set with your legs. That will round his back, shorten his stride and transfer the power to his rear end. That sets the horse up to preform maneuvers such as lead changes and stops.
