Dog Grooming Welcome! My name is Heidi, I am a certified pet stylist. Tail-Wagging dog approved! Accidents can happen. Grooming equipment is sharp and animals can be active.

*Notice of Risk*

Although accidents are very rare, there is a risk with dealing with animals. If your pet becomes too stressed or becomes dangerous to groom, the groomer has the right to refuse or to stop grooming services. In that case, the pet owner may be charged up to a $40 fee depending on the current of the groom. Although the groomer uses extreme caution and care in all situations, possibl

e issues could occur including cuts, nicks, scratches, quicking of nails, etc. In the event that an accident does occur, the pet owner will be notified. Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. Senior pets have a greater chance of injury during grooming. If the groomer feels that an accident is serious, and the pet owner is not onsite, the groomer will seek immediate veterinary care for the pet. In the best interest of the pet, the groomer requests permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment at the pet owners expense, should it become necessary.
