We have a new friend here at the sanctuary. ❤️🐑 This is Penelope! She was rescued as a young lamb by a kind woman. She raised her until now on a bottle but, unfortunately, could not keep her. 🥺

Penelope is very loved and her sweet personality is a testament to that. Not all of our rescues have known love and gentle hands. It is always a breath of fresh air when we get one who hasn’t been mistreated. ❤️

Chewy sent us flowers for John. I had asked them about refunding his meds since we had not opened them yet.. After allowing us to get a refund, they checked on me and asked if I was okay. 😭 Which, I wasn’t. But to talk to someone and feel validated in my decision felt so nice in the moment.

Today, we had flowers delivered from them. Which proceeded to send me into tears all over again. I’ve been using them for years and have NEVER had a poor experience. They have gone out of their way for us so many times… and this act of kindness blew me away.

Thank you chewy. ❤️
