The shirts have arrived!!! I will be taking them to the printer sometime this week for the logos to be placed!

The day will depend on when Mother Nature decides to quit trying to take us out. LOL 🫣

I’m not sure how long it will take her to make the shirts! She has a hectic lifestyle like I do. 🙂 but I will reach out to everyone who ordered when they are ready!!

We’ve had quite the evening! Lol!

Yesterday, I received a call asking for help. These two Chinese Geese were dumped at a private neighborhood’s pond in Wichita.

I grabbed my mom and we headed straight there after I got off of work.

Luckily, they were EASY to catch and calmed down once they saw my other geese. Didn’t take them long to start following me around and chit chatting with me. :)

My daughter asked what his name is. I said I’m not real sure! She told me his name is Toaster. 🤷‍♀️ So, Toaster it is 😂😂😂

Some cool facts about wood ducks!

They are one of the only duck breeds to lay their nests inside trees! When the babies are 24 hours old, they hop out of the trees uninjured and make their way to the nearest water source!

They cannot be raised with domesticated waterfowl. They are much smaller than domestic breeds and can be injured by them when they are older.

They also require a much different diet with higher protein! Domesticated bird feed does not meet their nutritional needs. 🙂

If you find ducklings, please reach out to a wildlife rehabilitator ! They are hard to raise to adulthood. ❤️

These little guys were find in the middle of the road on a busy street in Lindsborg. They will be on their way to a rehabber here shortly! ❤️🥰🦆
