🐾 Looking for the Right Home for Neptune 🐾

This is incredibly hard for me, but I’m looking for a new home for my cat, Neptune.

Neptune will be 4 years old in October and is a wonderful companion in the right environment. He is very loving and affectionate with his person, enjoys attention on his terms, and loves to play with toys. He’s also a big fan of wet food mixed into his dry food and never turns down a special treat.

Neptune is neutered, fully litter box trained and has never had an accident. He eats regular dry food, loves when wet food is mixed in, and has been an easy cat to care for. He enjoys watching the world outside and likes spending time outdoors when possible, though he’s perfectly capable of settling in if he can’t go out.

He does well with other cats and dogs and has lived successfully around both.

The ideal home for Neptune would be an adult-only household or one with older teens. He does best in a calm environment and becomes stressed around younger children. Because of this, I’m looking for a home that can give him the quiet, predictable atmosphere where he truly shines.

He forms strong bonds with his people and can be a little vocal when left alone, but it’s simply because he loves being around his family. Once he trusts you, he’s a loyal, loving companion.

A few fun facts about Neptune: his favorite toys are anything he can chase, the only human foods he’s ever cared about are spicy foods and runny eggs, and he has a big personality that keeps life interesting.

This is not a decision I’m making lightly. Neptune is deeply loved, and finding him the right home is my top priority. If you think you might be a good fit or know someone who is, please send me a message.
