can find it and make it! I started Posh Paws in 2009 to stay home with my son and handle. I have since given up the handling (for now). My page has been open since 2010. I periodically toss up photos of my son and his buddy Grimm or photos of Grimm sleeping on the job. I work with all sorts of material. Kangaroo Leather is my favorite, but I also have satin, synthetic, microfiber suede and just plain old suede. I try to have something for every budget and yes, I make collars too :).

Hello and Happy New Year! I hope everyone has had a pleasant holiday season.

I need to address some house keeping issues and changes coming up for 2025.

I will be slowly converting this space to education, a space to ask questions, and hopefully get them answered. I will be slowly adding things such as what do the "buzz" words mean? (beveling etc)

I will be conferring with the other ladies and taking input from customers as to what everyone could potentially benefit from.

I need to refocus on my health now that I have an answer to this long medical mystery. I have had to restructure my life around Celiac disease and I am still learning. It is a large learning curve and I have other issues tagging along as well. It's not fair to me or anyone else to attempt to even try to run this as a business while I am trying to learn how to live again.

To my longtime customers from 2009, my beginnings....I love you. All of you. If it wasn't for you supporting a single mom, with a dream, and the handful of the rest of us, we wouldn't even have a leash industry now...

That's why I am so fiercely protecting that industry now. I want this to be a place that people can feel safe to come and ask, publicly or privately, without recourse, for reviews or information on leash makers. I have NEVER allowed name calling and bullying on this page, and I won't allow it now.

I want customers and other lead makers to feel safe having conversation, TRUTHFUL conversations, without bullying or name calling in this space. I use the ban button liberally if you can't play nice.
