We're sorry to announce the Perry County Humane Society is CLOSED and will no longer be able to help with the intake of dogs. With only one person running it and having a family life and no donations coming in for a long while now, It's not possible to keep it open. THANK YOU to all the ones in the past who helped, shared our pages, liked our posts, donated money or dogfood, blankets, etc.

WE NO LONGER HAVE A PERRY COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY YOU CAN EITHER CALL CITY HALL WHICH IS FUNDED BY THE COUNTY , or buddies rescue which relays on DONATIONS ONLY and ran by VOLUNTEERS , we have not figured out how to take this site down yet but are permanently CLOSED

Not sure if these number are still good. But PLEASE get your pets Spayed or Nuetered! We have to many puppies and kittens! Not so many homes! No fosters really and only a few rescues who can help by taking them in. Perry County TN. Humane Society unfortunately is shut down. But PLEASE HELP BY GETTING THEM FIXED.

We're sorry to announce Perry County Humane Society is Permanently Closed. We can't run it with only one person and no donations. Having a very full family life also takes the time that's needed to take care of all the dogs. So we are closed to all intakes, we have none for adoption. Thank you to all who helped in the past. Donations of money, food, blankets, etc. If you're in need of a rescue, please message Sandy Sherrill. She is one of 2 who run BUDDY'S RESCUE in Perry County now.

We have a few things we need for the dogs .
Shavings or straw for bedding
Blankets , towels etc for them to lay on in there kennels.
Pedigree puppy
Adult pedigree .

Have been layed back for a bit due to personal things going on.. But have a few dogs that need homes.
Beautiful rough coat male Shar pei.
A beautiful young male beagle mix.
And a female white shepherd that would just stay in a fenced yard and be a watch dog. She is sweet once she warms up to you but only likes being petted on the head. Due to being neglected in the past and not taken care of.
Pm me about any three of these guys. Will get pictures tommorow.
