We opened our first pet salon in our home. We are excited to open this new spa location! Our Journey

Our story began in 2011 with a passion for the pet industry. Co-owner Heather pursued her dream by attending a grooming academy and becoming a certified professional groomer. In 2013, we started grooming from our home in Sherrills Ford, NC, before moving to a larger facility in Iron Station. By 20

16, we opened our first storefront, Southern Belle Pet Grooming, in Lincolnton, NC, where we continued to grow. In 2018, we expanded to a bigger location and added a range of pet retail products. Despite challenges during the pandemic, we thrived thanks to the support of our loyal customers and dedicated staff. In December 2021, we rebranded and relocated to 119 Dave Warlick Drive in Lincolnton, NC, combining our grooming services into a single comprehensive space. We are excited to announce our expansion to Brunswick County, NC, in September 2024. In addition to dog walking and in-home pet visits, we will offer mobile in-home grooming services. We pride ourselves on tailoring our dog walking and pet visit services to meet the unique needs of each pet and their owners. We deeply appreciate our customers and supporters for being a vital part of our journey.

While we are not a veterinary office and cannot provide medical advice, our experienced grooming team keeps a watchful eye on your pet during every appointment.

If we notice any unusual lumps, bumps, skin irritations, ear issues, or other health concerns while grooming, we will always inform you right away so you can follow up with your veterinarian. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always our top priority. 🐶🐱

Olivia has never met a fluffy friend she didn’t love! Her passion for animals started young, rescuing little critters, and today she specializes in big, fluffy dogs. With a husky of her own, she knows the ins and outs of heavy coats and thrives on transforming tangled fur into glossy, healthy coats. Outside the salon, Olivia’s creativity shines through crocheting custom pet toys, caring for exotic plants, and creating art. She brings that same passion and artistry into every groom!

✨ Meet Kaitlyn – Lincolnton, NC Salon
Kaitlyn brings several years of grooming experience and a heart full of love for animals. At home, she and her husband share their lives with three dogs and a pet lizard—so she knows firsthand the quirks and joys that come with every pet’s personality. In the salon, Kaitlyn focuses on creating a positive, stress-free experience so every pet feels pampered, loved, and comfortable. Her goal? To make tails wag and pet parents smile with every visit!

Groomer Spotlight: Heather, Co-Owner & Executive Groomer

Miss Zoey has had some tough grooming experiences in the past, and her parents even tried giving her medication to help calm her during spa days. On her first visit with us, she was a little nervous but such a good girl. We recommended trying her next visit without medication— and she did AMAZING!

She showed just a little sass with things like shaving her front legs, but nothing that required medication. We are so proud of the progress she’s made in just two visits! Zoey is such a sweet girl and even loves to perch on my shoulder like a little parrot. 💕🐾 Watching her confidence grow and her trust build with us has been so rewarding!
