Hillcrest Animal Clinic is a full service small animal and equine veterinary clinic, located a few miles north of Lincoln. We are a fun and unique clinic that offers awesome benefits and a positive work environment.

The 4th of July is quickly approaching. If you know your dog(s) do not do well with fireworks, NOW is the time to put together a plan to keep them safe.

Make sure they have a collar with tags that are easy to read. Be sure their microchip info is updated.

Meet the IBIZAN HOUNDS! Aren't they cool?
Here’s some info from the Ibizan Hound Club…. They were bred as a hunting companion to the Pharaohs of ancient Egypt. Classified as sight hounds, they are versatile hunters. They are medium sized and known for their athleticism and agility, which includes the ability to jump six feet into the air from a standstill! They are fun loving, affectionate and loyal.

We have seen a few dogs with ticks. If you haven’t started preventative medicine, it’s time. We carry products that help.

Simparica Trio, Bravecto, Interceptor and ProHeart Injection.

Simparica Trio is a simple all in one. It’s a monthly chewable flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

Bravecto is a chewable flea and tick preventative that lasts for 3 months.

Interceptor is a monthly flavored tab for heartworm prevention. We recommend pairing it with Bravecto.

ProHeart Injection is a 12 month heartworm preventative. Our vets/techs administer this one. We recommend pairing it with Bravecto.
