They are accustomed to potty times, feeding times, nap times, etc. Each disruption to that routine becomes an added stress factor that some pets do not deal well with. The pets in our care are on a regular routine, which becomes very important to their comfort and well-being. In order for our staff to efficiently and effectively deliver the appropriate care it is important that they not have to deal with distractions that they are unable to handle. Your pet is being cared for every day of the year at Kenl Inn. Several staff members are in (and around) the facility daily, in several shifts from 6:00am until 10pm. For the security of your pet and our staff, our employees are prohibited from allowing public entry outside our normal open hours. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting these policies. TOURS - You are always welcome to stop by and tour during regular business hours Monday through Saturday. Pets are not allowed on tours. Daycare - For those times when it is inconvenient to leave your pet at home, or when you want to give your pet a special day! Vaccinations -For your pets protection, all routine vaccinations must be current. We will request your Veterinarian's name for our records and for any emergency needs that may arise. Personal Belongings -Yes! Your pet is welcome to bring their favorite toy, bed, etc. But, please don't bring Grandma's treasured quilt, irreplaceable items, or glass containers.
