This is just a small list of companies that produce a lot of our grooming equipment. Most of our shears and blades and clippers come from beyond the US and unfortunately there aren't good quality options that we can buy here instead. It's very likely that I'm going to have to increase my pricing as our overhead increases from tariffs. I'm keeping an eye on things and not jumping the gun, but we've already seen a few increases here and there as companies respond to the current economic climate.

I groomed some lovely girlies for Brave this morning. Duchess and Tanner were used for breeding most of their life, but now they're looking for a true home to give them the love that they deserve. These two aren't bonded but they sure love other pups!

For my clients, I'm pretty much full through early January for appointments. I might be able to squeeze in a handful of pups before the holidays but this year I unfortunately have a stress injury in my elbow so my abilities are limited by that. It gets worse when I overdo it, and rest is the only thing that will fully resolve it. This means that big dogs are especially taxing and, unless they're very well behaved, I likely can't work them in if they aren't already on my schedule.

sometimes I groom a little on Sundays. Sundays are great for senior dogs, nervous dogs, or dogs who do better in a quieter, one on one setting. Tucker got to come in today to reduce his exposure to other dogs, his mom worries about the respiratory stuff going around right now and this is one of the ways I'm happy to help.
