Walked out to my flymask graveyard (aka the pasture) and found 2/3 fly masks I was searching for plus a bonus!

Having a yearling out there increases fly mask loss by about 50%. On the plus side, he never loses his own.

This is such a good reminder. The journey is yours. I'm used to seeing fast results and being pregnant has made me slow down and with that slow down I have also seen results.

Someone got lunging figured out pretty fast. Casper (Aces N Badwater) got castrated recently and as part of his forced expertise I decided to teach him to lunge on a line.

Casper (Aces N Badwater) is looking (and acting) more like an adult. His babysitters said it was time for him to get gelded so he has an appointment for brain surgery on Tuesday. This handsome guy will make a fantastic gelding!

We decided to try Adequan i.m. for Shaniko and Sophie. They got their last dose today. We saw improvement in Shaniko after dose 1. Shophie's arthritis is much more substantial and we saw a difference in her after dose 4. I'm very excited to see how they do over the next few months.
