โจ Free Assessment! ๐พ
Hi there!
My name is Casey and Iโm a local Certified Dog Trainer, and Iโm currently in the Dynamic Dog Course. I am looking for a few case studies to complete my class, so this means a free assessment for you!
I am looking for dog owners who are struggling with their dogโs behavior - especially after working with a trainer. Owners need to be committed and open to doing quite a bit of work like taking photos and videos in specific angles, on different flooring, and more. This will be explained in more detail when we work together.
โ๏ธI will not accept everyone who applies and it will not be first come first serve. I only have a few spots and I am looking more for owner cooperation than anything else. Thank you for understanding!
๐พ The Assessment Process:
โข 90 minute Consultation (recorded) I want to know EVERYTHING so please be ready to answer everything to the best of your ability. Please take notice of everything and anything your dog does or doesnโt do.
โข Gather Evidence - You will gather photos and videos of your dog doing various activities so that I can assess any physical issues.
โข I write the report
โข Check-in & send the report to your vet
๐๏ธ When: Starting next week ๐ค
๐ How Long: Please take no longer than a week to get all the photos and videos after your consultation. We also recommend you do not get everything in one day as your dog will get tired. The assessment should take no longer than a month to complete after.
๐ Where: This is all virtual! We meet over zoom to record our consultation and you upload your photos & videos to a shared google drive.
โ๏ธPlease Note: I am *not* a medical professional and *cannot* diagnose anything. My job is to assess your dog's gait, posture, and more to help your vet make a diagnosis and develop a management/recovery plan.
This assessment takes a look at your dogโs behavior, quirks, movement, body positions like in a sit and down, and more, to look for any subtle signs of pain or discomfort as this can exacerbate problem behaviors!
โ๏ธWhy not just go to the vet for a check? Dogs are GREAT at hiding their pain and discomfort so in a 10 minute vet visit, typically nothing is found. However, in your home your dog is most comfortable and willing to show these subtle signs and thatโs why you gather the photos and videos for me to assess. Then we will send a report to your vet so that you are more likely to get a proper diagnosis and help when you do go in for that visit!
Please email me at [email protected] to apply!
* Dogs must not have any diagnoses from a vet!
