Update to our store policy!
Payment:
We accept Square. Square makes it easy for us to simply send an invoice to your email so you can use a credit or debit card. (Google “Square Refund Policy” to understand how refunds work.)
Payment plans are available for any animal over $500. A 20% deposit is required to place any animal on HOLD.
Deposits are non refundable if you back out of a transaction. If you wish to transfer your deposit to another animal, you may do so.
Shipping:
We ship to all lower 48 states. We ship every animal via FedEx Priority Overnight.
Shipping is a one time payment of $55 anywhere in the lower 48. If the cost of shipping exceeds $55, we will cover the rest of the shipping fees.
We do not ship when temperatures are above 90°F or below 40°F as shipping companies will not insure live arrival.
We guarantee the health of our animals, they will be shipped in a healthy state, and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
We as the seller are responsible for shipping delays and mishaps (which should be rare with good shipping practices and offset with shipping insurance) except for those caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).
If an animal dies or is lost due to our negligence in shipping then we are responsible for full replacement or refund.
(You have 4 hours to notify us of a DOA or unhealthy animal and one week to return it.)
Guarantees:
If we as the seller back out of any transaction, we are responsible to pay back 100% of your money including the non refundable deposit.
If we as the seller fail to ship an animal for more than 7 days after the agreed shipping date, we are responsible to pay back 100% of your money including the non refundable deposit if/when you ask for it.
If we as the seller fail to communicate for more than 10 days after a transaction, we are responsible to pay back 100% of your money including the non refundable deposit if/when you ask for it.
We guarantee the animal delivered is the exact animal pictured unless otherwise noted in the ad.
We guarantee the s*x of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the s*x is unknown or the animal is not produced by us.
(You have 72 hours to notify us of a wrongly s*xed animal and 1 week to return it.)
We are not responsible for animal temperament.
