Appointment & Scheduling Policy

As we enter the busy spring season, our schedule is filling quickly and a waitlist is now in place. To ensure consistent availability, we highly recommend booking a recurring appointment.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

We also ask that all scheduled appointments are honored. No-shows significantly impact our business and prevent us from accommodating clients on our waitlist.
