This means one of my newer pullets started laying. It’s either Thelma or Louise. I been watching them for weeks through cameras inside the coop. These two have been very interested in the nesting boxes. My Speckled Sussex and Wyandotte don’t lay speckled eggs. This is very exciting.

I did some changes and my girls are showing it. The blooms on theses eggs, are absolutely gorgeous. This picture does no justice. One even looks pinks. You can’t tell in this picture.

This old man belongs to me. He’s been apart of our family for 16 years in March. He has always been my easy keeper, very adventurous dog. He has really slowed down in the last few months. I had to force him to come do chicken chores. 😂. He loved every single moment.

As you all can tell I didn’t say much about 2024. Truth is the last two months of 2024 took a lot of out me. I’m not just these dogs sitter. When I say I will love your dog as my own, it’s the truth. They may not be mine, but I’m still emotionally attached. The last two months of 2024 crush me. Once I was done grieving over Roady news. I was taken back about Lady. I will never forget them. I will always cherish our memories. I will always be here for there families.
