June is PTSD Awareness Month and it’s the perfect time to introduce the newest Service Dog in Training (SDiT) at Liberty Shepherds Dog Academy: Duke🐾 He will be trained for Deep Pressure Therapy, Blocking, Interrupting Behaviors, retrieval of items and alerting to high blood pressure and anxiety attacks. We are so excited to have him and cannot wait to see all the wonderful things he will do! This type of training usually takes a little over two years so you will see a lot of him in the future! Always remember you are not alone!

Can you spot the Shepherd? We love holiday breaks because it usually means we get to love on extra pups while their families are traveling!! We have Roman and Juliet currently who are 6 year old shepherds that were produced by They are wonderful dogs and fit righting the pack while here!! One bonus of every dog who comes here is they go home exhausted!! All the playtime here leads to some tired pups! We are completely booked for the month of March but don’t forget to get on our schedule now for the summer! It’s filling up fast!

Isn’t she just the cutest?! Lovie is doing wonderful with her training. We are focusing on potty training, crate training, sit and come. As well as socialization, medical care behaviors and grooming behaviors. She adores the big dogs and loves to be at my feet! We cannot wait to see her thrive and continue to learn how to be the best pup she can be!
