Hi everyone! 💕 I just want to start by saying a huge thank you to everyone for your continued support as I take over the business. I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients, and you have all been so understanding, patient, and supportive throughout this journey so far!

With that being said, I wanted to take a moment to share my current business hours:

🗓️ Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
🗓️ Every other Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm(hours may differ on Saturdays)

If you’re unable to pick up your pet before closing, please communicate that with me beforehand. There may be circumstances where I’m able to stay later, and I’m always happy to work with you when possible!

However, if a late pickup has not been discussed ahead of time and you have received a pickup reminder/text before closing, a $10 late pickup fee will be added.

Please understand that this is not about the money. I have responsibilities and priorities outside of grooming, and I want to be able to maintain a healthy balance while still providing the best care possible for your pets. 🐾

Life is a book of chapters. First steps, graduations, marriage and retirement are just a few of those chapters. April and I will be starting the next chapter, retirement, at the end of this week.

Reflecting on the last chapter… We have made some wonderful friends, had the pleasure of spending time with your babies and enjoying a job that didn't resemble work. With your help, we built more than a business. We have been truly blessed and happy to be able to pass the blessing along. One of our hardest decisions in retirement has been ensuring our customers were taken care of by whoever took over. Without a doubt, we are excited with the decision to pass Pretty Paws to Gracie Bromley. Hindsight is 20/20. We wish we would have found her years ago. She will continue the standards we have built and grow relationships.

We want to give a heartfelt thanks to all of our customers over the years. Your loyalty has always been appreciated. Thank you for trusting us to take care of your family. We wish each and every one of you the happiest life has to offer. From our hearts, thank you!
