I apologize for canceling so many appointments and not getting back to people as quickly as I should. I've been struggling with some personal health issues and adjusting to new medications. I lost my Mama Josephine last week which has compiled many of my recent symptoms . 😢. We all know how sensitive dogs can be. When we are not at our best they feel it. I strive to project a calm, safe, confident, and loving , leadership roll with the pets I groom. If I can't show up as such I will not attempt it! My schedule will have openings in May for new clients. I have to get my regulars caught up before taking on anyone new. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, it's just hair to some. But to me it's more! I try hard to understand and achieve the * look my pet parents want for these cuties. I do not always hit the mark. Communication is key! I Will never get upset or my feelings hurt over a misunderstanding so please if there is ever anything I can adjust fix or do differently please let me know! I want you to be thrilled about the groom I provided not just okay. I took a little off the ears. Mom wanted more off. Absolutely! I can do that! Easy peezy. But if it were to go unsaid she would have not been as pleased and I would have never known how to make it better! Welcome to Rockbridge Mia 🐾

Geoff was ontime, very informative, polite, and looked at many more items than what I was charged for . Guaranteed more than just his work (even if i mess up and ding something). He suggested a few things for preventing future damage. Offered to help if I need a walk through on repairs. I've never had a sharpener as thorough and helpful in all of my career over (2 decades ). Thank you!

Pet’s grooming needs and abilities change with age. They often need even more help as thier tolerance for grooming decreases. Your dog might have problems with incontinence, vision, hearing, senility, arthritis, or thinning skin. Periodontal disease is a major issue for aging pets as the bones in their jaws deteriorate it can cause severe pain while working around that area. Many dogs become more fearful as they age and understandably more reactive to discomfort. All of these issues can add up to the grooming process becoming very difficult for your pet and your groomer. Please do not let them be more uncomfortable by waiting too long to have them groomed because of it. Mobile grooming can be a way to get through these challenges. Conveniently at your door, Quiet, clam, one on one in and out services, luxury personalized grooming plan, no need to travel, no kennels, no slippery floors, no extra stress of other animals or extra humans about. These grooms are not always the fanciest but one thing is for sure. They are far more comfortable with a lil extra pep in thier step too!

I've been under the weather while trying to push through .Pneumonia & Bronchitis have set in on me without my approval 😆 . I'm on the mend but its slow going.
