Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Karyn Franz, and I am the proud founder of Crossroads Animal Aid. This organization was born from my daughter, Lyla Franz’s, idea. Each year, we travel to Aruba to provide essential spay and neuter services and support the incredible, yet often overwhelmed, foundations already doing life saving work on the island.
I also want to take a moment to introduce two incredible women who make this mission possible: Annie and Allison, our dedicated board members. These two powerhouses bring not only their expertise but also a collaborative and compassionate spirit to everything we do. Whether we’re tackling tough decisions or navigating challenges, they consistently offer fresh perspectives, unwavering support, and a true commitment to the animals we serve all while doing their independent rescue work!
Annie and Allison are never ones to shy away from the hard cases. Their passion, courage, and dedication inspire me daily, and I am endlessly grateful for the work they do, both with Crossroads and on their own.
