Partial onsite leases available for teen and adult riders who want time in the saddle without the full responsibility of ownership! Two lessons per month included. Choose from 4 to 12 rides per month, and we have flexibility to work with your schedule and the weather. Two arenas, a round pen and trails on site. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Must be capable of independent riding (ideal for former riders who want to get back to what they love).

This handsome hunk is available for on-site or off-site lease (paid). Graf is a 19 year old Hanoverian dressage schoolmaster. Perfect for somebody wanting to move up to first or second level. He has lots of training and experience, but will make you work for it. He is an excellent teacher. He has been safe enough to use in our lesson program, but would be happier with a consistent rider who knows his buttons.

Several students have been focusing on improving balance this summer. Ba****ck and riding without stirrups is the most effective way to develop this skill as a rider🐴

I would also venture to say that horses are far less economical than they once were. Years ago many people have back yard ponies and horses on small acreage. But upkeep and land have sky rocketed in the past 10 years alone. Prices of horses are insane, and the good ones (safe, sane, and sound with a good training foundation) are almost impossible to come across unless you have a 5 figure budget. This will be the sad demise of most lesson programs. It's not a viable business model without a partner making a solid income outside of the farm.

We've had these cuties for 3 weeks now, so I finally have given them names😅 Meet Katniss and Kevin! They are fitting right in and Mouse is doing well with her new barnmates😺

Today made ride number 12 for 2025! My goal is 52 rides and I had a slow start with winter but making quick progress for April.
Making time is my biggest challenge, but 20 minutes counts, right? Today I hopped on Texas Pete who is a fun boy but I could feel that big energy brewing, so we stuck to an easy walk/trot. He had some really lovely moments! Tex will be offered for sale soon and will make someone a fantastic partner. 🐴
