In today’s world impatience, anger and intolerance has become accepted. Not at Crossroads Veterinary Services. My staff is selected because they are the best person to help you and your pet regardless of their race, s*x, creed or national origin. Sadly, I must make this post.
I will not tolerate my staff being disrespected for any reason. We are all there to help you, and will work long, sometimes stressful hours to do so. Those of you, and that is the majority of our patients, who patiently wait and are grateful, we thank you. For those who are dissatisfied, we understand but we still expect your respect and will do whatever we can to help you find a clinic that suits your needs.
It saddens me to see such a deterioration of respect in our population. I am sorry I even had to write this post. Thank you to all who understand.
