** Update: 🎉🐾 Gertie Has Been Adopted! 🐾🎉
These two sweet souls had a heartbreaking start to life. Norman and Gertie were found abandoned on the highway, trapped in a dog crate with their four siblings. While their siblings have since been adopted, Norman and Gertie are the last ones waiting, each dreaming of a loving home to call their own.

They’ve been in our care since August 2025, and
despite everything they’ve been through, they remain loving, resilient, and full of hope.

This sweet girl was brought into our clinic this afternoon, she’s been traveling around east of Lexington near Highway 30 for about 7-10 days. She has on a brown and red leather collar and is delivering sweet surprises!
