Took this trophy elk in this fall. The customer shot him a few years back while in velvet and wanted it freshened up. The velvet was peeling and the skull needed cleaned but we were up to the challenge.

Fast forward a few months and here is the finished product! Stripped the velvet, added color to the antlers and cleaned/degreased the skull.

We are wrapping up some of our late season deer putting the final touches on an awesome year! If you have a deer/bear/fill in the blank laying around or in the freezer trying to decide what to do with it send us a message and we will get you taken care of.

It’s been a while since we’ve made a post but thank you to everyone that continues dropping deer off. We appreciate your support! It’s been a great year in the “Rack Shack” and we’re turning out deer daily! Many have history with their deer and some met their fate on their first encounter either way we love hearing the stories of the kill.

Some muzzleloading bucks will head out the door this week after they catch some sunlight by the pool!
