This handsome boy got to stretch his legs and explore one of our round pens yesterday evening, and we think he’s pretty happy to be here! 😍

Is anyone looking for a nice young horse on a budget? 👀🐴

Meet ’24 Surfer Girl Cents! This handsome guy is just 2 years old, stands 15.3 hands, and has been as sweet as can be from day one.

He never raced, but he did spend some time galloping before getting some time off. He has not been restarted. He has also just finished healing from his castration, so he’s ready to start looking toward his next chapter.

He’s currently wearing hoof boots (thanks to Marcus Floyd and Equine Fusion!) while we wait to get his front shoes back on. 🥰

He’s young, kind, and has plenty of potential for someone looking for a nice horse to bring along without breaking the bank.

Our perfect girl Esky’s Echo has officially been adopted again! ❤️🐴

Echo is such a special girl, and we’re so excited to see her heading off to her new home and starting the next chapter of her life.

Fingers crossed this is the forever home she’s been waiting for. 🤞❤️ She deserves nothing less!

Happy trails, Echo! We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. 🥰

New faces have arrived! 🐴❤️

Today we welcomed three new retired racehorses to Abaco Thoroughbred Aftercare: Charge Nurse, Lord Ripley, and Highlighter!

We’re so excited to have these three here and can’t wait to get to know them, see what they’re like, and help them get started on their next chapter.

We’ve had 4 horses find their new homes over the last week or so, and today we’re welcoming 4 new horses to the farm!

It’s always bittersweet saying goodbye to the ones who have found their people, but we’re so excited to meet the new faces arriving today and see what their next chapters will look like. 🥰

Pleasant Justice has a BIG announcement… 👀🐴

He got adopted today! 🎉❤️

When his new family came to pick up Beautiful Justice, Pleasant Justice decided he wasn’t about to miss out on the excitement and made sure to introduce himself. And, well… the rest is history! 😂

We’re so excited that this handsome guy is heading to his new home too. Sometimes the best things happen when you least expect them!
