Animal Relief Fund (ARF) We are a small group of dedicated people trying to make a difference for the animals. We are NOT a shelter, and our animals are housed in our homes.

ARF is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding homes for abandoned animals. Our small network of foster homes are in Southern Maryland. We have many wonderful animals in foster care right now looking for permanent loving homes. Please stop by our adoption days and meet them. Adoption Days are held every Saturday at the Well Pet Clinic in Lexington Park, MD from 11am to 2pm. The Well Pet Cli

nic is located at 21800 North Shangri La Dr # 16 in Lexington Park. Our missions are:

- To provide rescue and adoption for dogs, cats, kittens, puppies, and occasionally other small and furry animals.

- To provide information to the community on low cost spay/neuter programs and veterinary care, pet care, house/crate training, and animal behavior/training. Our hope is that our efforts will help decrease the pet overpopulation problem that is caused by lack of spay/nuetering, and relinquishment/abandonment of pets.

- We take in ABANDONED animals, see that they are healthy and ADOPTED, and that they are ADORED for life by their adopters and the ARF organization.

Meet our crew of tail less kittens!! Aardvark grey male, Wombat black female, Capybara black male and Koala black female!! They were found hungry, scared and skinny at 5 weeks of age in a junk car that was removed from a property. No one knew where their mother was or how long they had been without her 🥺 ARF took them in, fattened them up with yummy food and gave them the love they were craving. They are now fat and happy and ready for their new home 🥰

She’s super smart and already showing how much she wants to learn, which makes her an awesome match for someone who’s excited about training and building a strong bond.
