Meet Macy – Available for Adoption in New England!

If sunshine had a wet nose and wagging tail, it would look exactly like Macy. After undergoing TPLO surgery earlier this year, this sweet girl is officially back in tip-top shape thanks to the incredible generosity and love from our supporters. Because of you, she’s thriving, strong, and ready for her forever family in New England!

At 3 1/2 years old and 60lbs, Macy is the kind of dog who loves everyone she meets. She’s wonderful with children and friendly with other dogs. Her easygoing, patient nature makes her an instant fit for so many homes. Whether she’s trotting along on a walk, exploring the backyard, or curled up at your feet, she radiates a steady, grateful sweetness that makes her impossible not to love.

In her foster home, Macy is a total dream. She’s house trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands. She has excellent manners around people, food, and other dogs, and she blends into a household routine like she’s always belonged there. No drama, no chaos, just a calm, happy companion who brightens every day.

Macy would thrive in a family home, especially an active one with kids, or with someone who enjoys both adventures and cozy downtime. She loves being included in whatever you’re doing and is equally content being your hiking buddy, your snuggle partner, or your loyal shadow around the house.

Meet Kodiak — a 70-lb sweet-as-can-be cinnamon roll in need of a foster in TEXAS!

He’s been sitting in an overcrowded shelter since March, wondering how on earth he keeps getting skipped over when he is clearly exudes "main character" energy! He kennels with two dog buddies, is vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative, and just an all-around awesome guy!

Kodiak crushes it at adoption events, charms everyone he meets, and would very much like to spend the holidays anywhere other than a concrete kennel. Preferably on your couch. Or blanket. Or lap. He’s really not picky!

Meet Kerfluffle — Available for adoption in The Midwest and New England!

Also known as “Kirby” when he’s feeling casual, this 8 month old, 41lb gentleman is the canine equivalent of a triple threat: handsome, clever and sweet enough to melt your whole heart!

He’s basically a walking cartoon. From his tiny black beard – to those emerging Andy Rooney eyebrows – to the fuzzy hobbit feet he proudly stomps around on, Kerfluffle looks like he was assembled by a committee of cartoonists on a sugar high. Adorable doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Kerfluffle is thriving in his foster home. He’s nailed house-training, knows sit, lay down and stay, and pops into a perfect sit for his leash to go on or off. He understands “no” and is a world-class snuggler who takes his cuddle shifts seriously.

He’s a foodie (excellent news for training!), a connoisseur of ear rubs, and a passionate advocate for belly scratches. His must-have items include sticks, ice cubes and his beloved squeaky ball.

His favorite thing of all is staying close to his person. He’s the type of dog who checks in with gentle eye contact and makes you feel like the center of his universe. This active boy would thrive with someone who shares his love of fresh air and fun.

Kerfluffle does everything with enthusiasm. Playing, eating, napping and snoring — he puts his whole spirit into it. He’s still a young guy with young-guy antics, so he’ll benefit from an adopter who will continue his training and help him grow into the amazing dog he’s destined to be.

He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and preventatives, and is microchipped.

Meet Bo and Tank: two loving 2-year-old Lab brothers looking for a foster home in the MIDWEST!

Bo and Tank are best friends and total gentle giants. At about 70 - 80 pounds each, they’re the perfect oversized teddy bears who truly shine when they’re together. Their owner can no longer care for them, so we’re hoping to find a foster home where these bonded brothers can stay together while they wait for their forever family.

These two come with wonderful manners and big hearts. They’re fully house trained, crate trained, great with kids, friendly with other dogs, and even respectful with cats. They know “sit,” and they wait patiently for their food like the polite, good boys they’ve always been.

Bo and Tank have grown up with stability, affection, and good care, and that’s exactly what we want for them moving forward. Before adoption, both will be neutered and vaccinated. Lucky Lab covers all vetting, preventatives, and medical expenses while they’re in foster.

Up for adoption in Texas and New England: Lila!

This gorgeous girl is about two to three years old and weighs 54 pounds.

She is dog and people friendly and loves to be a social butterfly. Her foster mom describes her as, "playful but not crazy."

Lila is living in a foster home with dogs and cats and she loves having her animal playmates. If her future home had another dog or cat, or ones she could play with, she'd love that.

Lila travels well and her foster mom says she meets other animals like champ.

Lila was a favorite at the shelter, and we're thrilled for her to find a wonderful forever family and live happily ever after!

She loves walks around the neighborhood.

Lila is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to have a home in time for the holidays!

Up for adoption in Texas: Miss Reba.

Reba is a sweet, senior lady with a heart full of love and a calm, gentle spirit. At 9 or 10 years young and weighing in at 45 lbs, she’s the perfect companion for someone looking for a mellow, well-mannered dog who enjoys the simple pleasures in life.

Reba is visually impaired, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying life. She gets around just fine once she’s familiar with her surroundings and relies on her other senses to guide her with confidence. She walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys her twice-daily strolls, taking in the world at a peaceful pace.

Car rides are another favorite — she’s a relaxed and content passenger who’s happy just being near her people. She loves trips to the pet store to check out all the new smells!

Reba would thrive in a home where she is the only dog. She prefers a quiet environment where she doesn’t have to share attention and can truly relax. This sweet girl is well-mannered, easy to care for, and appreciates cozy naps. She may not see clearly, but she’ll feel the love in your home — and give it back tenfold.

Well, Hello There!! I'm Luna!

I'm two years old and weigh approximately 73 pounds. I can come live with you in Texas or New England!

My favorite activity is spending time with my foster mom on the back patio and in the backyard. She says I'm great at going for walks, and I enjoy car rides.

I'm so smart, I know how to sit on command and am kennel trained.

I love other dogs, both big ones and those tiny ones! I like cats, too, though my foster mom says I can be a bit overwhelming to the cat when I get excited to say hello.

I would cherish a home where I can receive lots of love, be an active participant in my family's life, and have the freedom to grow my sweet disposition.

I'm spayed (whatever that means), vaccinated (that's a funny word), house-broken (I swear, I didn't break anything in the house), and microchipped (that sounds like a sci-fi movie).
